Sounds kinda grumpy on the phone, but very helpful! I had been looking for a radio for my car everywhere, online, I even went all the way to Knoxville pull-a-part, and even the dealership didn't make the radio for my car anymore, and just by chance I called Strange's and they had the exact one I needed and wasn't going to charge an arm and a leg.
