Post Exchange — Local services in White Sands

This is an Express/Troop Store with a few other little shops, not really a Main Exchange. It ain't much, but it covers the basics. There is a Subway, Eyecare, and Haircare in the middle and right of the building. 4/5 stars because they didn't have a few items I was looking for, and the hours of the shops are not super ideal.
