Goodwill Store - White Settlement — Local services in White Settlement

I'm a young veteran and today on veterans day, I had the worst experience at this location . It also happens to be my son's 4th birthday, which is why we were in there. I was going to buy a waffle maker to make him waffles and he was going to pick a toy, so we stopped by right before closing. The two employees working were extremely rude to me, because my son was not right next to me. He was looking at toys with his 10 year old sister at eye view from me. They were the only kids in there, and they rudely made a speaker anouccemt to have the kids next to me. Next I had one of the employees give me a death stare because my son left a toy out. The final straw was when the other woman came and literally removed an item from my son's hands. I understand they were closing in 30 minutes so they wanted the place clean I guess, but we were only on there for about 15 minutes. As I was leaving I placed my basket on the counter in total shock, and not one word was said. I had been in there before and I have always been greeted and said goodbye to, but not this time. Everyone else was being greeted. It was very disrespectful. I am not one to complain.. ever, but this was unnecessary. I did not say anything at the time because I had my children with me and honestly I was a little emotional. Not the way a veteran who served this country should be treated, especially on veterans day of all days, and my poor boy who was looking forward to waffles as a birthday request....

Rude & paranoid staff. I went in there with my best friend of 15 years, & who I live over an hour away from go in to look around. We go into fitting rooms where I am nearly tackled by employee saying how much I'm aloud to take in there , saying "it's posted of the door" but the door was open so I didn't see the sign on the front of the door. I said okay sorry & she then freaks out after turning around to walk away after she realizes I might be going into a dressing room in which was already destroyed. So she buts me out of the way to pick up all hangers & clothing scatter across the floor. I then say "jeez". She then replys with what sounded like the b word under her breath. She did something similar a couple minutes later to my friend is dressing room next to mine. She was nothing but rude, & unwelcoming. Makes me want to stick to Thrift Giant bc Goodwill is definitely not what it used to be. Instead of keeping up with fitting rooms, and other duties employees like to laugh & joke around. WHEN RUNNING A BUSINESS LOKE GOODWILL DONT HIRE SNOBBY, UNPLEASANT, & HORRIBLE MANNERED EMPLOYEES. TRUE COLORS...

I can't remember her name, but I worked with her at another business couple years ago, well she was always rude to me..mind you she's an older lady, well I come into goodwill today and she literally eye bawled me the entire time. This lady also followed me around just staring at me,even while checking other people out. We proceeded to leave and she comes out side like she is busy doing something in the parking lot just to stare me down...
