The staff I interacted with were friendly enough but there is clearly either a lack of urgency, inter-departmental communication, or respect for drivers' limited time in a day. I would wager a combination of all three.
I checked in at 10:30 am for an 11am drop and hook. Dropped my empty and was told to wait for the loaded. I left after 1530, however, it turns out I spent 5 hours sitting because S&R "Forgot I was here" while having absolutely no way to contact me directly.
The trailer was already loaded when I arrived. I refuse to say who I work for because, frankly, I think Urban Outfitters is a terrible company that sells egregiously overpriced garbage. Their blatant lack of respect for my working time culminated my negative opinion into a nice package. It is already hard enough for truck drivers to find decent parking in Pennsylvania and when you burn our daylight for absolutely no good reason, you make that difficult task increase tenfold in difficulty....
