Dollar General — Local services in Whitehouse

Double charged for an item and overcharged on a buy one get one free. Manager refunded the double charge and it took 10 minutes to do it. Then refunded the overcharged item on a seperate transaction taking 10 more minutes! Cashiers don't pay enough attention to what they are doing and manager should learn how to do refunds in one transaction. Shouldn't have to wait 20 more minutes to get 2 refunds totaling around $22! Also no apologies from either regarding the mistakes and the time it took to refund...

Seems like I'm in one of these stores everyday there soda pop prices are outstanding you're in and out so fast it'll almost make your head spin it's right beside the road good parking it's just convenient again great prices and a lot of products from head to toe if they don't have what you need I guess a Supercenter from Walmart would be your next stop but these guys at General Dollar or great go check them...

Guy at the register refused to check out my items because I "took to long in the store". He said he wouldn't check me until he looked in my purse. I felt violated! He even timed me on how long I was in there. I had dropped my daughter off at school so I wanted to take my time thar I get alone and look around. I will never go to another...
