Wissahickon Creek — Local services in Whitemarsh Township

This is a very nice beautiful creek, but it's just a shame that it is not always kept up as well as it should be. There are rules to keep the creek nice but it doesn't seem like they are enforced, so why even have rules then? For example, my boyfriend and I saw a good amount of people literally swimming in the creek today. We've also seen trash on the ground in places and sometimes glass bottles intact or broken (maybe could be alcohol?).
