I just hosted an awards banquet for a local cycling club at WMVEC this weekend. Carrie and her team did the best job with ensuring everything was set up and ready for my team to get the event going. Carrie is the most friendly, patient, organized and helpful person I have met in the event coordinating industry. Her husband is also a quick witted and extremely helpful as well! Together they are the easiest and most fun people to work with. They also streamlined everything with their caterers Lindinger’s who also provided an abundance of food for our event. I am already trying to think of the next event I can hold at the venue as the hall was spacious, well lit and so beautiful that makes a great place for any event. We just held our daughter’s graduation party here. It was great. The room is a great size and very comfortable. They have all that you need to have your own music from a Spotify playlist and to run a slideshow from a computer. Carrie and Jeff and very easy to work with. Bathrooms are large and very clean. Our event - a high school graduation party - was on Sunday and could not have gone more smoothly than it did! The event space is gorgeous, the amenities were everything that we needed (tech, prep space, party space, bathrooms, etc.), and we had all the support we needed through the event.
