I will never rent this place again for a birthday party, for one I rented the party from 1:30 to 3:30 the woman at the desk ask me what time I would like my 15 pizzas done and I said by 1:15-1:20 and she said okay. She ended up putting it in the book at 1:30 which is fine. But when we got there at 1 to decorate it was teenagers working and they already gave signs they just didn’t care today: we got eveything set up and waited on the pizza and drinks. It turned 2:00pm and still no pizza. I ended up going up there and they said it should be coming out so I went back to my party and it turned 2:25 when I went back to ask they said it was coming out. They brought everything out at 2:30. And remind you my party ended at 3:30. I ended up waiting at hour for my pizzas. All the pop they gave me was completely flat. And the lights would go off and bank on the whole time we was there. When it got time to go the girl came in made me sign a paper and was just being so rude and said well it’s 3:30 you have to clean up and leave for the next party when I was already in the process of cleaning up when she stopped me to sign a paper. Then she got mad about that. My whole experience there was awful. The 2 boys and 2 girls that worked there today on April 21, 2024 was so rude, didn’t care about anything, walked around half naked, and wouldn’t help us with nothing. I will never again. Scheduled my baby’s first birthday party at the beginning of the month. Her party wasn’t until the 26th, they DOUBLE BOOKED the time after I had already paid for the entire room and play room to be private, then told me my only option was to have it in the old bowling room. Regardless of what I told them, their excuse was that the other party had young kids??? My baby JUST turned one, how old were the other kids to be my height and able to run, jump, scream, and dance all by themself. The floors were destroyed by the flood and it stunk so bad. There was no way to make the area safe for my 1 year old newly walking baby. Absolutely ridiculous. They gave me part of what I paid, but ultimately it didn’t make up for what we had reserved. Gracie should be employee of the month!!! She claims that she runs this place all by herself WITHOUT a boss or manager when I asked for one! And also refused to give me the number for ANY type of management because she said she didn't have one! She also said that the person who schedules the party bookings doesn't understand how long it takes to make pizzas, so it's THEIR fault that the pizzas weren't ready until the middle of the party because they shouldn't have booked it that early. It was bad enough that we had to keep tracking down our food and drinks (which also didn't arrive for OVER A HOUR after the party started), but I wouldn't have said anything at all had it not been for Gracie coming in and telling us at 3:30 that WE needed to hurry after they made us run behind.
