My 3 year old is terrified of the electric clippers and I have had a really hard time getting his hair cut over the past year (I have been trying at home doing it myself). We are somewhat new to town and I decided to try this place for my son as I just couldn't go through the full meltdown anymore. I called Bill to explain the situation, brought my son in to let him see the place a couple of days in advance, and then took him in today for the haircut. Bill was kind and patient with my son. He was able to give my son a quick and efficient cut with scissors and then quickly use the clippers for around the ears and neck.
