1 star really should not even be an option. I purchased a washer/dryer combo on 3/16/21 for about $600. It came with a 90 day warranty, all of their appliances have that tag on them. After about 2.5 months of having the washer, it stopped working. A tech came and checked it out, and told me to leave him a voicemail the next day letting him know if it was just one of the settings on the washer, or all the settings making it not work properly. I called the next day which was Friday, and left him a voicemail. By Wednesday the next week, no one had called me back. I called and spoke to Tommy. He claimed that they had tried calling me several times, which is not true. I receive every phone call and voicemail. Convenient that this company is the only person to EVER complain about not getting through to me...... Tommy let me know that the piece for my washer that I would need, is discontinued and I would need to pick out another washer for them to exchange it. I came in the store and picked out another washer. A few days later they came and delivered it on 6/16/21 (coincidentally, the day my 90 day warranty ended on the washer I originally bought from them). The second the technicians left, the washer made a terrible screeching sound, consistently. I could not even finish a load of laundry because of how horrible the sound was. I called back to the store, spoke to Tommy. I let him know I need another tech out ASAP and that I was very unhappy with this whole process. A tech came and fixed the issue today on 6/17/2021, and I have no ill feelings towards the techs, it's the way this company is run and the fact that most reviews show how bad they are... But the kicker of it all is, when I called this morning to confirm that a tech was coming out to fix my now SECOND washer from them in a 3 month span, I asked for an updated 90 day warranty as this is a new washer, that needs to be under a 90 day warranty as well. I was told by Tommy, that I would not be getting a updated warranty because that "isn't how it works" and "if that was the case, no ones warranty would expire"..... YEAH, no one's warranty would expire because I know I am not the only one dealing with this many issues with them. So they came out and "fixed" the piece today, and I am told that I am basically out of luck if anything else happens, although it states NO where on my 90 day warranty that that INCLUDES washers that they are having to REPLACE due to it not working within 2.5 months of having it. Read morePurchased a refrigerator and stove with delivery from this establishment - to be honest, my initial impression was a good one. They gave me an estimated delivery time of 1-3 pm, and I asked if I could get a text or call 30 minuts prior so that I would have enough time to leave work and meet them. At 1:30 on the day of delivery, I called the store to see if I could get a better idea of a time frame as my afternoon was filling up quickly. I was told the owner went to lunch and was getting help to make deliveries but that they would be at the house no later than 2:30. I was fine with that, so was at the house at 2:30 - I called the store again at almost 3:00 and they hadn't even left the store yet. They get there at 3:15 (ish), I've already had to rearrange a few appointments because I had based my afternoon off what I was told from them, and also wasted 45 minutes waiting on them. The delivery guys were great, very nice - but it was discovered that they didn't bring the right plug for the stove. He apologized and said he would bring it out the next day and just put it in the mailbox for me. I was fine with that. I still hadn't seen it by Friday (3 days later), so I called the store on Saturday and left a message for someone to call me - on the message I explained the situation. No call back. I call Monday - 6 days after delivery and I explain the scenario again to the manager. He then tells me they don't bring plugs out, he didn't get a request for such a thing and didn't know anything about it. Really quite rude about it to be honest. I don't know how their system is set up, I don't know the dynamics of their business, but one thing I do know, is that I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future. Read moreI financed a front load washer and dryer from this company in February 2014. The first week the dryer stopped working and I called them. They gave me all kind of excuses saying it was lint and etc. Finally in a month I got a loaner washer & dryer and told mine would be fixed. That didn't happen. Long story short It is now December 15th 2014 and I still don't have a working washer and dryer set. I have miss-matched washer and dryer and the washer doesn't work. This is my 4th set from them and they have fired or everyone that worked there when I got my original set has quit. I had brain surgery in November and I called time after time in October up until the day before my surgery (leaving voicemails) asking for an update on my washer. After I got home and was able to talk I called them again and now I was informed that the person I have been dealing with no longer works for the company and that if I want my washer serviced I would need to pay for it because the last lady zeroed out my account. I did not ask for my account to be taken care of, all I wanted was a working washer and dryer. I was promised I would get a set that worked and that I did not have to make any payments as of May 2014. This new guy basically said why am I complaining when I got a free set and was rude because they lost out on a few hundred dollars. I explained to him I never asked for a zero balance I can't help the fact that your employee did this for me, all I want is a working washer and dryer! He did not care that it has basically been a year and I still don't have a working washer and dryer. Nor the fact that I sold them my dryer to reduce the price on my set of which was not written down but they have my dryer. I am reporting them...
