Most incompetent people in the world work here! Your best option is to not live in Wichita. You can call multiple times for them to switch the water account out of your name when you relocate, and although they will tell you the did, they never will. I literally had a debt go to a collections from a later tenant after me who didn't pay their bill because "Wichita Water Works" would never take my name off of the account despite many phone calls to them. Their online portal is so archaic, a customer can only call them, and they only hire incompetent people to talk to their customers and give fake promises. I will be taking legal action for this level of reckless...
