I have lived in homeowner associations in Arizona for the past 35 years. I recently moved to Trilogy Wickenburg Ranch. I felt comfortable with this decision based on all the people I knew at Trilogy in Vistancia North Peoria. But my experience up here in Wickenburg has surpassed all the good comments I heard from my neighbors at Vistancia. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The Neighbors are what you hope to have at least one time in your life. Everyone's been a charm. And the golf course, the views, the weather - it's all stunning. The beauty of this golf course rivals any of the very very best in Phoenix. The quiet, non-hurried atmosphere of Wickenburg is quite the charmer. When my friends ask me why after all these years I've moved to Wickenburg, I simply invite them up for day and let them see for themselves. So far not one of my friends has disputed my decision once they come up and see this place. Shea Homes did an excellent job building our home and in fact our whole neighborhood. At this point in my life I couldn't pick a better place to live. Not one that I could afford anyways!

Membership Only Place now, extremely rude loud happy hour with like men only. Nice tennis, pickleball and pool hot tub with views. I would not purchase real estate here now because of HOA limits . Other than that nice Arizona places that welcomes all. Wickenburg Ranch, Jake Spoons, Hideaway is members only now with Wickenburg excluded. Unless you are rude, enjoy loud happy hour screams, fake and weird social situations and are loud fool check out other communities please to compare. Sad turn of events, be sure to check out membership fees to dine, etc, increases and beware of HOT dry summers! All else very nice place, great views and tolerant staff that misses the public. 🙂

Best place to live in Arizona. Gets hot in the afternoons but cools off much quicker once the sun goes down than Phoenix. Gets hott later in the day. Walking trails, golf, pool, and scheduled fun activities keeps people busy. Plus most people are retired and fun to be around and are having fun. What more could you ask for. Right now houses are a steal to own. Property taxes and property insurance are crazy low.

our group was very excited to finally be able to go play golf at this course. We had hoped to on previous trips into the area but it couldn't be coordinated. Finally we got a time for early afternoon. We drove out 90 minutes to Wickenburg. The course - and course conditions were as we hoped for. The staff were polite and engaged from the moment we pulled up to the bag drop. However, we took over 1 hour and 50 minutes to come off hole 6 and when we arrived at the tee on Hole 7 we were the 3rd group in line to tee off and a group had just left the tee. Which means, doing the math, we would not likely tee off for 30 minutes. I raised concerns with a course marshall on hole 5 and feel my concerns were just blown off. He explained there was a 4 ball tournament in front of us but we would easily finish. To that point I have played in a lot of tournaments. IF anyone played at the pace those groups were, they would have been warned to pick up the pace - second warning would have been stroke penalties - 3rd warning would have been disqualification. In that this course is going private in October we will never get the opportunity to enjoy it as we had hoped. I would give a bouquet to the staff that when I called in and asked if we could come in and get a refund there was no long discussion had. They were exceptional and completely understood the concerns. That being said - the situation could have been avoided if it had been...
