This IS the tow company to call for any and all of your towing/roadside needs!!! Not only punctual, but polite and truly happy to help you!! After having dealt with a couple of other towing company's that were only happy and eager to help if they were towing off your vehicle because your tire was touching the street, or it was in your driveway and had a flat... and not giving a hoot if you could afford to reclaim it or how you would get to work and being rude and hateful about it, making my disgust for their profession grow with fury and hate, I never thought I could have respect for any tow truck company, again! Until today! Mr. Will was amazing and restored my faith and liking of this business again!! The world needs more people like him in it!!! He went to tow my husband when his vehicle wouldn't start,. And from the moment he made contact with me, all the way even beyond completing the service call he was kind, and on time, and kept me informed! But he went above and beyond what he was required to do! He showed me that kindness and treating others as you'd want to be treated, isnt totally in the past or just a myth! He could have just loaded that truck up and took it as instructed, but after connecting with my husband, and they talked about what was happening, they were able to get it started, and he wished my husband a good day and safe drive home, didn't demand immediate payment or tell him sorry but I came now i gotta tow it kind of nonsense. He even was courteous enough to inform me of this and still maintained the same demeanor and sincere happiness as when we first spoke! He assured me that all of the company's employees are just like him, and I believe it!!! So don't waste your time on other companies!! This is the only one you'll need!! Thank you Will for restoring my trust and belief back in the job you do and do well! .You truly are an angel, and proof that not all angels...

What an absolutely amazing company!

I was driving my Tractor-Trailer when a huge gust of wind tipped me over on the passenger side while I was doing about 65MPH. I was taken to the hospital and upon my release Wiggins PICKED ME UP AND TOOK ME TO THE HOTEL. Not only that, they gave me $120 for the room and food and the guy that picked me up used HIS OWN PERSONAL Credit Card to cover the deposit needed for the room!!!!! I did not have my ID cuz it was in my truck and so he also PUT THE ROOM IN HIS NAME!!!

The company I drive for would only put money on my EFS Card for the hotel room, and my card was in the truck with the rest of my wallet... And basically told me I was screwed.

THANK GOD FOR WIGGINS!

Then the next day they called just to check up on me and see if I needed anything else. I explained I really needed to get into my truck for some personal belongings so they provided transport to my truck to gather some things out of it like my wallet and my clothes, they even offered me a ride to the airport when I was ready to roll out!!!! As I am sitting here doing this review they JUST TEXTED ME THAT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR FLIGHTS OUT OF DENVER FOR ME!

I MEAN WOW!!!! WHAT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT!!

I told them they have treated me better than the damn company I work for!!!

I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, they will FOR SURE be the company I call.

Pulled out of our campsite with our Class C 31ft. motorhome at Carter Lake in Berthoud CO. Rolled up to the entrance, turned the motor off to lock some storage bays, got back in and the vehicle was dead! AAA sent Wiggins Junction to the rescue with their large flat bed. Abdul arrived in a timely fashion, got right to work as the rain came down and helped me diagnose, on the spot, that the starter had died. He got soaked as he worked but kept his composure like a pro! He quickly got our rig on top of his flatbed and he carried us all the way home to Wheat Ridge. This is a class act, local, family run independent company that was very professional and safe! Abdul is extremely mechanically inclined, an absolute upstanding human who 100% put the customer and my safety first.
