Stopped roadside in Ocala and bought a bag of oranges at $19.95 to take with us, ordered a gift basket to ship to my grandmother in Arkansas and also bought 3 small OJ's to go. Both the clerk Kayla and the manager promised me the basket would ship within a week and would arrive in time for Christmas as this was a Christmas gift. I called in today to tell them the bag of oranges was already going bad in less than a week. Before I could even tell them that, I had to go through a lady that sounded to me on the phone like she needed some caffeine to wake up, I had to repeat everything no exaggeration almost a dozen times. When she finally found my order, she informed me that my Christmas gift for my grandmother wouldn't ship until January. I asked to cancel the order, was met with resistance so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Denise got on the phone and was horrifically rude to me. I disconnected the call and called my credit card company to dispute the fruit basket, shipping and bad bag of fruit portion of the charge only. While I was on the phone with my credit card company, she called in and left me a very nasty and threatening voice mail. My bank said no problem, consider it done. Word to the wise, stick with more reputable shippers than a roadside stand. I cannot believe I was cursed at on the phone by this woman Denise over a basket of fruit....

Store is nice but don’t order fruit to ship there. We went in and ordered Honeybells to ship to friends up north. They took our order on the 15th of December. I asked that Happy Holidays be on the card. I called 3 weeks later and the oranges still had not shipped. The woman on the phone who was rude said that Honeybells do not ship until January. I asked why they did not tell me that in the store? There were Honeybells all over the store by the way. She said that the store doesn’t know when the oranges come in. I told her that they should. They are dealing with the customer and should inform the customer that those oranges do not ship until January. That fell on deaf ears. She said “just because it says happy holidays doesn’t mean Christmas”. I said that we ordered on the 15th of December, what other holiday is there. Will never order from there again. They do ask for your email address but don’t email you. I asked why ask for the address and she said it was something they...

Good place to buy food items you won't be able to find in many other places. They have 100% natural juices and marmalade from various different fruits. They also carry candies and other sweet snacks not sold in regular gas station. It is also fun to be able to watch a few baby alligators that they keep in a fish tank inside the store.
