Last night we were there (4people) for the first time. We waited to be seated which took about 10 minutes, we sat down and no one came to take our drink orders after being seated for 15-20 minutes. We grabbed the manager to let him know. He was disappointed. We ordered the pretzel stick (s), thought it was more than one not worth it. Service was poor, but friendly, however they need to get their act together. Need more waitress staff to handle the crowds coming in. They were unorganized, they don’t have their tables set up correctly where we sat at a large table for 8 when we are only 4. Felt bad for people standing by the door waiting for a table when they could have sat next to us. This restaurant needs to execute the seating arrangements much better so that no one waits for a table when there are plenty to sit. Food was ok. The wings need to be cooked longer, need to be crispier, the meatloaf only had 1 skinny slice on a plate with a small tub of coleslaw. Pretzel sticks for $2.98 should be more than one for that price. At least 2-3 sticks. The onion rings looked good but we didn’t order them. All in all we will try this place again in a few months to see if they have changed a few things for the better. However, a lot of TVs to watch sports or Yellowstone on Sundays. Word to the wise, have to have patience for this place, they are trying but it needs to improve if they...
Read moreStopped for dinner with the kids. Nice sports bar, honeyown feel of a place, clean, and looks better on the inside.
For starters, Jessica was our server and she was awesome, love her. She was personable and was super friendly with the kids. Food was good. I didn't get pictures of all the food but I will add more the next time we go. There are kid options, it's just not listed on the menu. Just ask your wait person. One kiddo go the mac n cheese- it was ok. Homemade style, not the worse thing but not Kraft (as the kiddos said). The other child had a chicken and cheese quesadilla. Be warmed, they only have the tomato/red tortillas. Tastes just fine but for the kids, they didn't want to try it. With some bribery, they tried it and ate some. Daddy ate the rest. I missed taking pics of the fried catfish & fries. Catfish had a really nice brown crispy coat to it. 4 nice sized pieces made it a great meal. The fries were undercooked but I also ate half a quesadilla. We also had grilled shrimp, delicious but it was only 6 pieces for a high price. Its the case for most things these days, so as expected.
The atmosphere was a nice sports bar in the middle of a small downtown rural town. Lots of TVs, lots of wood, has tables and booths. Smaller than what you think when walking in, but it's still a nice place. We'll go again and try...
