We used them due to having gotten a gift certificate from our Realtor, however now wish we hadn’t. They took 8 weeks to produce the simple sign and couldn’t even set the display correctly, putting our 2 college logos on opposite ends of the space, rather than evenly spaced out from each other, in the middle of the space. Even with a $50 Gift Certificate, we paid $65 over and above that… so $115 for this sign is overpriced and poor workmanship to boot, when we can get a good sign on Amazon for about $20 or less, ready in a few days. If you appreciate friendly service and timely delivery - than go somewhere else for your sign. After paying in full we were told 4 weeks to get our sign. We did not hear from them so by week 5 so we called and were told another 2 to 3 weeks. Delivery was scheduled for today, May 5. No communication and when I called at end of day, I was told machine broke down and I need to wait up to another 2 weeks. Really?
