I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this Boat Tour business. Please use any other. I paid a lot of money for my own ticket and another ticket for my sister who was visiting from NY. We were so excited and looking forward to this adventure for weeks leading up to the tour date. I'm very sick with a brain tumor, so I don't get out much due to my health. And she's from NY and never seen a gator before. We got there on time but the air boat left literally as we were walking down the trail to get on the boat. We heard them pull away. I went there several times asking* if I could reschedule* but they said " NO WAY." And I asked for a refund so I can buy another ticket but they said NO, AGAIN. I went there, at the gift shop, asking to speak with the owner or management about this. They gave me an email and said that's my only hope of getting a response from the owner, but I'm wasting my time because they don't ever reschedule or refund. First email no response. So i went back to the gift shop. She gave me the same email, so i tried and again with that email. I even asked; if they had a cancelation some day; they could put my 2 spots in the canceled appointment. I live 7 minutes away. I could be there fast if needed. The response was short and cold saying they don't reschedule or refund. No matter what I tried, they absolutely refused to give me a boat ride AFTER I ALREADY PAID. I was on time but they pull away early sometimes she said, so they told me I should've been there 10 minutes earlier. They were all rude to me and I felt very bullied. I will never again be able to afford something like that. And that's the one time I was proud to be able to take my 50 year old sister to do something fun in Florida. I gave up hope trying to get good customer service and getting the boat ride I paid for and now I'm missing out on all that money I'll never get back. I'm deeply deeply disappointed with this company. And just so you know. They were rude and not at all welcoming at their shop even before I explained why I was there. Please don't go there. They...

Loved this so much! To start with, Angel who set up our reservation was just a sweet beautiful soul, who even went so far as to prepare a packet of other special places to visit. We did the regular tour which was fabulous, educational, and fun! We enjoyed it so much we went back for the private tour two days later which I Highly Recommend!! You take off from land, hit higher speeds, skim and slide across the water, go over the dam, and to the secret spots Captain Frank treated us to. Along with his personal history in the area for years as his backyard of exploration and in raising his girls. Admirable! Captain Frank was very accommodating, if there was anything we wanted to see he would stop or turn around for us. This experience in my opinion is what Florida is all about. The raw beauty of nature, the colors, the sky and variety of wildlife was breathtaking, and mesmerizing. We saw a large variety of birds, turtle, gators, otters, vultures, cyprus trees with beautiful flowing Spanish moss, AND A Golden Eagle! It left me longing for more. There's so much to see and explore. So much unseen I want to go back for more!! Did I mention Captain Frank, my safety was never in question with his experience and knowledge of the water and land. That is one impressive man!!! ☺️ He has the best job in the...

Do yourself a favor and book a tour with this very well-organized and professional business - literally the best airboat tour I've ever taken here in Florida! We went today on an airboat tour with Frank, and we totally lucked out with regards to timing since we were a party of four (my wife and parents) and found only another party of three in our boat (having only booked the reservation last night). We left the dock at 10AM, which turned out to be a really great time of day - not too hot, but still bright with enough sunshine to view all of the amazing and abundant flora and fauna on the Withlacoochee River - herons, ducks, turtles and of course lots of alligators big and small. Frank was extremely knowledgeable, and his enthusiasm for the history and diversity of this unique ecosystem was palpable, as he regaled us with numerous details about various animals we encountered, the role of different trees and types of plants in the larger balance of nature, and intriguing aspects of local history here. Above all, he was very professional, ensuring our safety while also making the trip fun and engaging. We came away with a newfound appreciation for this river area, and above all, simply had a blast of a family outing. Very memorable and totally worth every penny. Hands-down a very easy...

We drove 1 hr and 45 minutes to get there and I honestly can say I wasn't that impressed with it. The boat ride was fun however to see wildlife was a bust. We took the 300pm tour and we saw 2 gators actually in the wild. We also saw lots of turtles. After speaking to our tour guide after the boat ride I asked him is it better to go on an earlier boat ride to be able to see more gators. He said yes! Had I known that info from the start I would have booked an earlier ride. The tour guide/Captain of the boat did say prior to starting the boat ride that he can't guarantee that we will see in gators because this is their natural habitat and we do not feed them. The picture I posted is of their resident gator that they have in a caged area called Bubba, who is 74 years old. He's the large one. The other pic of the gator is one we saw when we were pulling back in to the dock, when the boat ride was over.
