I just moved to Minnesota from Washington DC and have been looking everywhere for a quality winter riding boot with zero luck. Where I used to live we had 3 Dover's within a hour drive and they were always well stocked. Not the one here! They had NOTHING to choose from and didn't even have my size in anything decent online. Everyone has been sold out! I found St. Croix Saddlery via a very desperate search on google and called them and explained my situation. Chloe was AMAZING over the phone and was very kind and helpful. I drove the 40 mins up there and tried the two boots with the help of two other wonderful ladies and quickly made a purchase. And to boot, I got an unmatchable price literally anywhere online! This will be my go-to tack shop from now on. (PS - join their mailing list! You won't be disappointed!) Very, very happy!!...

I know nothing about horses, but my 6 year-old loves them. I came to the store prepared to buy them out of equipment for my daughter, but Ally (she's awesome!) slowed me down a notch. Ally asked me about my daughter’s experience level, preferences, and riding instructor. She fitted my daughter and sold us a helmet, boots, gloves, and half-chaps. Everything else I thought my daughter needed was saved for when she needed it, or had grown up a bit.

I came into a dilemma suddenly (horse shredded his blanket 48 hours before a blizzard, yikes) and this team not only set me up with a replacement, they took care of my warranty claim for the blanket, all through text, and set it up for my boyfriend to come and get blanket! Simply amazing customer service and hospitality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You have my business for life (and horses life!)
