Never going back and do not recommend. I took a letterman jacket with leather sleeves, a men’s suit, and a black dress shirt to clean and press. The lady told me they won’t do leather but I can try to leave the jacket just in case, to which of course I said no. I left the suit and shirt. Came back to pick it up and the shirt was wrinkled, still had the creases on the sleeves from when they were rolled up last time it was worn, among other things like deodorant marks etc. Suit jacket was also wrinkled, it was evident that the items had been hung up but not cleaned or pressed. So I paid but left them there for a “re-do”. Came back to pick up and shirt was better but still wrinkled and still had deodorant marks. The lady told me that isn’t something that comes off, which I know a simple wash cloth can get those out (and that’s how I got them out when I got home). The upper back of the shirt was wrinkled and I was told that they take the clothes elsewhere and they can get wrinkled in transport. Out of the 3x I was there between drop off and redo, etc. I had two different ladies tend to me and neither of them smiled a single time! It was $17 for this service that I felt I could’ve gotten done elsewhere for cheaper and faster (as in, right the first time). There was no empathy or anything offered to make it up to me other than suggesting that I reach out to the manager on my own time because they’re not there. I was polite and said no thanks I just won’t be back. Customer service has gone downhill everywhere while prices are going up. Since I’m overpaying for stuff anyway, I’d like to at minimum get the service I paid for and some...
   Read moreI dropped off an item to be cleaned back in November. (yes, Last Year) Its been a bit over two months now. I called in mid december and inquired about the item. I was told i would be called back. As of today did not get a call back. I called today to check on the item. I was told again i would get a call back. I am currently wating on that call back. I am hoping they have not lost my item as it has been in the family for many years. I picked this location due to the reviews i read. Well. If you have to wait two months just to get one item back thats just crazy. Im wondering how many others are in my same situation at this point. Not only that having to wait this long for service of any kind is like. Someone does not have there system up to par. So much for the over the top reviews in this case someone is failing. No worries though if i get my stuff back i wont be a return consumer. Just wanted to put this out there to make pple aware. I know bad reviews are not something anyone wants to read but things happen and sometimes its good thing to bring it to light. Why so long to get just one thing done? Honestly dont think i should be even charged for the issue and the failure at this point. Hope everyone...
   Read moreThis establishment had a good rating so I took 4 drapes to be dry cleaned. I dropped them off on 7-6-23 and was told they would be ready on Friday or Saturday. I called the following Monday and was told she would check and call me back… she didn’t… I called the following day and was told that they don’t usually do drapes and household items are only done once a week. I was never told that! Then I notice on my receipt that due date for pick up was the 21st. But was told they should be ready by end of that week. Called on Friday… more excuses that they take longer or don’t usually do them! I had a party on the 22nd which is why I took them in early to begin with. I called the morning of the 22nd and they were not in again. I finally got a call on Monday the 24th that they were in. So I went to pick them up. Originally I was told $15 each panel. But because they were late she charged me $10 ea. Which was good but what really was unprofessional was not being upfront when I dropped them off! If I had been told of all the excuses I had been given I would have taken them somewhere else! So I will never use...
