In regards to my first post regarding the bad experiences I encountered I Would like to respond to owner. STILL DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING here.BEWARE as they lied about their whole response. Like I said doors were not opened at 10:00 am I had to track someone down to open it! No communication here for the request. As to cleaning the room it was not done in a timely matter as it should have been! We again had to track someone down to clean the disgusting dirty bathroom. No one ever did vacuum the hallway! The party room floor was not mopped till 1/2 hour before our guests were to arrive and it was still wet when guests arrived I have several people who can vouch for that! It doesn't matter if we're allowed to use bar area or not it still was a mess! Not something guess should be seeing! A banquet room should be presentable and it clearly was NOT! The food was NEVER told to come back at 3:00 pm LIES And food was not Warm roast beef was tough and green beans not cooked all the way. Your cook didnt properly cook and prepare the buffet that's the issue! Party started at 1:00pm why would we have them bring food out 2 hours later at 3:00 pm. Now who looks stupid and lies YOU! This has nothing to do with not having a server which you try to keep pushing it on! You guys messed up and will not take full responsibility without lieing. Noone ever said we wanted a servant, someone to yell at or boss around! We wanted a party room booked for a shower properly clean and set up! Which we did not get! Yes we voiced our opinion and I believe we had every right to and had a good enough reason too! Which we also apologized to each person when we voiced our opinions to them that we were not yelling at them but letting them know how we felt about the situation. They said they knew and understood our frustration. Get your facts straight! You obviously don't know how to book and run a function in your party room! Not only I won't be back but I'll be sure to let other people not to use your establishment. So we will see...

The batting cages here are awful. There’s always a cage out of order and even the ones that aren’t down don’t work properly. Always throwing blanks (the machine will fling but there won’t be a ball there). Now this is more so personal preference, but when I go to the cage I’m expecting the ball to be pretty much right down the middle and in the same spot every time. I’m not trying to simulate live pitching where I don’t know where the ball is going to be, I’m trying to just work on hand-eye coordination and good form. A lot of times it will throw way too high or way too low. I’m sure some people like that, but I guarantee that most people are like me. This place used to be great, but now it’s a dump. I think some newer renovations would fix it up. Again, I’m only talking about the batting cages. Everything else...

They haven't kept this place up AT ALL. The batting cages (our purpose for going), don't consistently work. The teenage employees running it don't care. They sold is cage tokens knowing the machines threw nothing but air most of the time, and the pitches that had a ball come out, were rarely near the batters box. Save your money.
