Rollin Ray's Rolled Ice Cream — Local services in Willow Park

Walked in the door on my first visit & the first thing I notice is a smell that dreams are made of. I was told it was the waffle cones (I knew at that moment I would order one). Next, I got a dose of a very friendly staff♡ Seems to be family owned, with kids sitting to do their homework & the sweetest young lady helping us at the register and answering questions for us. This made me fall in love with this establishment immediately. I ordered the Monsters Inc. It was vanilla ice cream (with a super fun blue color) with a chocolate chip cookie and oreo cookie rolled together and sat inside a delicious homemade chocolate waffle cone shaped like a large taco shell, and topped with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and more cookies! As I watched this concoction come together, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. It was really quiet neat to watch the whole process! We got our order from a very friendly lady who seemed happy to be right where she was, what a breath of fresh air to see that these days. Then we get to sit down and try it out. I am not a huge fan of ice cream, However this is definitely not your typical ice cream and I absolutely loved the dish. Soooo good😍 On our way out, staff spoke to us again, making sure we enjoyed our visit & we did very much so. I'm thinking maybe these were the owners that we had the pleasure of meeting today, regardless every person we came into contact with was helpful & friendly! I would definitely recommend trying them out, you will not be disappointed!!

We were excited to try Rollin Rays. Got there and the 4 tables they have were all taken. Only one of the tables had ice cream. A party of 3 and another party of 2 were both standing, waiting on their ice cream as well. We ordered and stood to wait. It took at least 30 minutes before we finally received our order. There still was not a place to sit and eat, so we took ours to the car and moved the car to another area away from parking. We had the #1 and the #12. The #1 ice cream was soft enough to eat and had teddy grams sprinkled on top of it. The #12 was supposed to be peppermint ice cream.....it was green. I was worried that it would be spearmint flavor, but it had just a hint of peppermint flavor; not much flavor at all. It had some chocolate chips sprinkled on it (maybe 6 chips total) with whipped cream. The peppermint ice cream was very frozen and it took quite a bit before it was able to be eaten with a plastic spoon. Two different people made our order, so it's probably something in the technique between employees as to have one ice cream pretty soft and the other too hard to eat with a plastic spoon. Both orders were very plain and not what the menu stated they would be. They show it to have "mix-ins", but there were only a few fingers of things sprinkled on top. Hopefully they...

This place is incredible, I have severe peanut and bad allergies to nuts, I unfortunately miss out on an incredible amount of deserts, desert places and many ice creams. This place is different. They will take extra caution when making your ice cream and are very allergy friendly. I had a coconut milk chocolate cookies and cream and it was incredible, the base has a delicious coconut taste while the ice cream is creamy and incredible. He sterilzed the equipment and even got the Oreos from a different section to make sure there was no cross contamination! This utter care allowed me an incredible ice cream that was creamy , delicious and safe. I'm super happy and will undoubtedly come back!
