I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Whirlpool has been so terrible that I feel I have to warn others. I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator expecting quality and reliable service. Instead, I received a product that failed far too quickly, and the customer service was absolutely the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

Their support team is rude, unhelpful, and seems completely uninterested in resolving issues. I was left without any real assistance, and they acted as if my problem was not important at all. The quality of the refrigerator is equally disappointing — it does not perform as promised, and for the price I paid, I expected so much better.

Please encourage your employees to handle our trailers with care ,I had an incident where the yard jockey was handling my trailer like a maniac ! Incredibly rude woman at the guard shack. There are no signs up and I had never visited before and I saw them inside so I assumed they would just open the window and ask for my pu number. Nope. She yelled at me through the glass waving her arms around. I went inside and I said “a sign would be helpful” and she pointed to the blank glass and said “there is a sign”.
