Some of the staff is very nice and helpful BUT I have been having an issue with our neighbors upstairs first they kept throwing there dog poop down to our balcony we had to let the office know multiple times until they finally did something about it. We aren’t able to sleep because there’s constantly stomping and running jumping at 11pm 12am all the way until 3am we have show proof and even talked to our neighbors and they just can’t do anything about it we PAY OUR RENT ON TIME ! I’ve been at Market Place for 9 months, I absolutely love my home! The office staff Melissa, Maribel, and Vanessa are amazing, they treat you like family. This place is a hidden gem. It's a very nice quiet family setting. I can't say enough about the staff, they are always attentive and they care for their residents, top notch service. The apartments are very nice, clean and well maintained, you won't be sorry. I love this place and plan on being here...
