Do not waste your time driving to this place!!! Don't let the pictures on their website of people shopping and looking at their goods in a "brick and mortar" setting fool you!!! Because when you get to the middle of nowhere (where they are located) you will be greeted with a sign on their door that tells you they are "NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC" and they don't have the decency to tell you that on their website!!! I would never spend a dime with such a deceitful company as that!!!

ADDED NOTE: Now you clearly have shown me how unprofessional you are as business people, because if in your response where you are accusing me of making a "slew of bad reviews for other companies" you are referring to the ONE other bad review I left at a restaurant that was completely out of line with the poor service they gave and lying to us as paying customers...then you are only hurting your credibility and not mine. So thank you for showing your true colors and what kind of people you truly are. And maybe you'd be better off not comparing me to your people who can't read signs and think they're above following rules or "signs"...or maybe that's karma for a bunch of people who don't understand how...

USA-made, top-quality products in regards to both materials and construction, at a great value.

I first purchased a multi-tool sheath from them through Amazon, which is where I became aware of the company. I was so pleased with the quality and value of the product that I contacted them via email to see if they were able to make a custom-sized sheath for my older multi-tool, for which sheaths from the manufacturer are no longer available.

They were quick to respond via email, and told me that they could accommodate my request. I placed my order on their website (which also offered free shipping and even a slightly cheaper price than Amazon), and within a few days I had my custom multi-tool sheath. I'm just as pleased with the custom product as with the first one I bought.

I'm absolutely going to try more products from them in the future. I appreciate quality-made items, especially from a company that makes them in the USA. They were also very accommodating with fast, personal correspondence when I inquired about my custom order.

I wasn't surprised at all by the quality of the products themselves, which are top-notch, because I had heard about them before. However, I was shocked at their phenomenal customer service. I honestly don't think I've ever received such quality service from a company. I bought a bracelet in a size Medium and it was quickly shipped and arrived, but it was awkwardly large for my wrist. I emailed them that night and they got back to me the very next day and offered an exchange. I measured my wrist and it was between a medium and a small, so I put a note in the box and shipped it. The next week, I received a well-fitting bracelet with a small note from its maker, saying that they custom cut the length so that it was between a medium and a small. A lot of companies could learn from this kind of customer service. I am absolutely 100% satisfied with the product and this company and I cannot recommend...
