We recently had a party scheduled at Xtreme Craze for a Saturday, but due to a family emergency, we had to cancel last minute. Thankfully, they were very flexible and understanding and were able to rebook us for the very next day, which we really appreciated! The venue itself is definitely a bit chaotic, but honestly, that’s to be expected with a high-energy place like this with tons of kids, lots going on, and plenty of activity. One thing we ran into was that the default party flow (eat first, then bounce, then laser tag, then cake) didn’t quite work for our group. We asked if it could be rearranged, and again, the staff was accommodating and willing to make adjustments, which made a big difference. Overall, a fun and flexible spot for a kid’s party. While it’s a bit hectic, our designated staff, Eddie, did a great job helping us make it work!

First time going, and the older kids had fun. Definitely not for littler kids who can't really climb to do the fun slides and such. The arcade was fun, though (like all arcades) few were busted. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the food, but the pizza looked and smelled delicious. It's hard to believe 45 people are able to be in the airpark at one time and for everyone to still have enough space to have fun and play. I do like the reservation part online where you can see how many people already reserved certain times. That way, you can avoid the busier times if you want.

We brought our son’s baseball team, NY Blackhawks 15U. The team was attending a college showcase at University of Massachusetts Lowell. We wanted the boys to do something fun. We took them to: XtremeCraze - Woburn 15 Presidrntial Way Waburn, MA 01801 The boys played laser tag, and had a fabulous time. Everyone was super nice, specially Kylee. Kylee took our reservations and from the moment we got there made sure the boys were set to go. The place and Kylee deserve a 100 plus stars ⭐️. If we are in the area again we would definitely come back. Thank you for a great experience!

UPDATE** Greg, the owner contacted us directly and certainly turned this whole situation around. I have updated my rating to 5 stars and we will be going again in the next couple of weeks.. THANK YOU GREG* I have been coming here for years, a great deal on Friday nights with unlimited games. A great Friday night for the kids. First game is at 7:45, we bring 8 kids here for the night, and they tell us they cannot make food because they closed their pizza station. Meanwhile one of the employees just put a pizza to cook. How do you close your food bar when your first game of the night starts at 7:45?? And then when asking the manager he says we close the food a couple hours earlier.. um a couple is at 9 since you are open until 11. They closed it at 7:30!!!! Makes perfect sense to me .. wow... he said no outside food allowed, so we ordered pizzas to eat outside in our cars, I mean we just spent 200$ + for these kids to play.. I’m not going to leave and come back takes too long. Kids enter to play second game and they come out saying they are not registered. I go speak to liam and he says they have to tell the front desk they want to enter next round.. I told him we were never told that.. his response “it’s all over our websites” .. hello!! Does it look like I’m on your website??? .. they get into the game I said thank you.. soooo Pizza comes and one of the parents comes to tell our group pizza has arrived and Liam the manager was rude to her and told her he was calling the cops.. we all went outside, ate, kept our trash to throw away at our house and went back in.. well after playing arcade games the boys go to register for next game, he tells the kid no our group is not playing.. instead of speaking to one of our parents. And the cops showed up!!! Not ONCE did he speak to us about not being able to play.. cop came and couldn’t believe himself why we were Being kicked out.. but he asked us to leave and we did.. we asked for a reason from the manager, he had no reason... just the worst customer service I have ever seen and it’s a shame because our kids...

Wow really impressed with this XtremeCraze location. First off the prices for all their activities, food, drinks, games, etc, were more than fair. Actually pretty cheap for this type place. This was my families first time coming here and we had a blast. Both my children ages 8 & 2 had so much fun. Normally many places like this do not accommodate kids younger than 3 very well, but my youngest had no issues. We love that there is so many different activities for the kids to participate in. Also it can be a great place for older kids and teens (adults too) seeing there is an array of arcade games and glow in the dark Laser Tag. They also have a couple bounce houses that are some of the biggest I've ever seen, even ones with slides! It is pretty simple to accumulate/win tickets and their prizes are reasonably obtainable unlike Chucky Cheese and such where you would need an obscene amount of tickets to be able to get anything. My kids got really fun big prizes easily. I am giving it for out of 5 stars though because although they do sell pizza AND ONLY PIZZA as food, I wish they had more of a selection. They do sell coffee though which most children places like this do not. Also many of their arcade machines were broken and didnt work. So if they increased the quantity of arade games that would be great. When we went it was a Sunday, Father's Day to be exact, so it was pretty empty. We arrived around 2 and left around 5pm. When we left almost no one was even there. That's actually a great time to go because it wont be so chaotic. Also the bathrooms were immaculate but I was shocked they didnt have a handicap sink or a lower sink for kids to use. I had to pick my kids up to reach the faucet. The staff, which only consisted of teens while we were there, were very professional, kind and helpful too. We felt like it was a safe, family friendly environment. That was nice to see. We thoroughly enjoyed XtremeCraz woburn and will definitely be...

Literally not 5 minutes after guests and I arrived two workers ran up to people I had just introduced to Laser craze to call them out of the bounce house area. I had brought my nephew here because he had been Excited to play laser tag and was going through my email to pull up the tickets I'd purchased for everyone. I have had multiple birthday parties here and spent time here on occasion and never had a problem. We arrived later than usual and a man named Liam began to follow us around while we tried to pull up the tickets we'd ordered online and persist that the children needed socks and before I could get their socks on he demanded that they have socks and that it was unsanitary to have them putting their feet on the glass. Before I had a chance to get to my bag to out his socks on Liam was still complaining of the sock issue, spending more time insisting that I do this and that RIGHT NOW regarding the socks in front of the people who'd arrived with me while not even giving me a chance to get the boys socks. Liam appeared to be more irritated that I hadn't shown him the tickets more than any other reason and spend more time standing in front of me complaining then actually helping me and these guests get situated with the tickets and bracelets. He then went on to tell me what to do with my children in a nasty fashion in front of my own children and this I'd completely unacceptable. Extremely rude, my children had socks and we bought them in advance, I will not come back on account of this experience. Very unfortunate experience and new experience for new guests. Unhapppy about this and embarrassed by this b havior in front of my children, friend and...
