Be VERY careful. Horrible experience. Went in, tried some chairs, it went fine at first. Interested in the Aeron but I really didn't want to take it home and not like it or find out there was an issue. One of the employees there said I can return the chair anytime - I asked twice just to make sure.

The Aeron didn't suit my back for more than 2 hours and also it was a defective Aeron which had a clicking/vibrating noise on recline, so the very next morning I brought the chair back in the exact same condition, to return it as the employee had said I could.

Here's where the trouble began. Pete insisted I pay 30% restocking fee even though I was not made known of it once the entire time I while was buying the chair yesterday. He lectured and berated me over the phone for 10 minutes about his 1 year warranty and 30% restocking fee which is posted everywhere in the warehouse (hint: it's one line of text in one poster you'd otherwise miss high up on the wall). It's also on the receipt but in the fine text - and it gets printed out before you even know about it or agree to it.

That would mean me losing $145 over a chair that was defective on their part.

I ask to at least exchange the Aeron but then again Pete refused to exchange without nickel and diming every price difference - I had to pay $90 to exchange for a much older Aeron! So much for his "1 year warranty" that he berated me about over the phone. He would not even exchange the Aeron for one that didn't make creaking noises again without me paying up $90 of the difference

Asked again over text and proceeds to completely ignore me.

All this for a chair I had only had in my house for maybe half a day.

Overall I would not take my business here again, there's many other places where you can buy chairs. If you have a problem with just know that the owner will absolutely nickel and dime you out of every penny you have and refuse to give you your money back. Be warned.

Edit 2023: Was back today as my wife needed a new chair. We bought an Aeron chair in great condition for an excellent price. She loves it, the chair fits her desk perfectly and is a great addition to her office space. I'm always pleasantly surprised when I come here, and look forward to next time.

This place is wonderful at the bait and switch. Tells you one price over the phone and then acts like you've insulted him when you question the costs. I called specifically to ask whether chairs in inventory were actually priced what they advertised. "Yep yep, they have these attachments and are in these colors".

None of the chairs I looked at were "like new" and the lowest he would give was $150 MORE than I was told on the phone. Completely wasted my time. If you were actually confident in your business you wouldn't need...
