Great shopping experience. Well organized store that is clean with changing inventory often. Fabulous customer service, friendly and helpful. Quick check out service and easy returns and exchanges too when happened. Great book section as well with wonderful deals. Picked up pet toys that are the best quality and price. My puppy hasn't chewed them up so went back a month later and new products in and I couldn't leave without them. Name brand clothing with discounted prices. Look around and you'll find great...

No jeans in mens or young mens... Not much in the young girls section.... But nice.. cool urban wear store... Pretty clean.... No customer service training... Seemed like the cashiers had attitudes... Didnt greet or thank... Didnt apeak at all... They finished doing what they were doing before ringing us up... Us checking out wasnt a priority.... Nice store... Just need to train in customer service skills... Store didnt have any customers I think one other person... Not busy at all... But ok...

Was a weekly customer till today. My kid 4 years old was walking around holding this toy and beacaus of that the manager made me buy the toy forcefully.Sorry for the owners of this place the manager Jacie was horribly rude and disrispectfull.will never buy or stop by this...
