Awesome small group classes to engage everyone no matter your age or even a beginner. The trainers are the best and have the patience and experience to assist you. The equipment is state of the art and safety is important with plenty of trainers around to make sure that you use the equipment properly. A great place to keep fit on campus without having to go anywhere else and pay fees. I feel that this is a no judgement place for any level to fitness. You can even get a high tech assessment in a pod for knowing what your bodies health is and where you stand before beginning a fitness...

I served more than a decade as a Marine and the best facilities pale in comparison to the amenities, flexibility and- most importantly- the friendliness of the staff.
