I have never been treated the way I was just now in a store. I am a carpenter by trade and am very knowledgeable about most renovations in a house. I had a simple question about a dryer outlet and whether or not to change the outlet to accommodate the plug I have or simply buy a new plug and install it to the dryer. After the salesman showed that he had no knowledge about what I was asking, he told me I need to hire a professional, which I found to be very rude. He didn't even walk back to the outlets with me to show me the difference. He showed no knowledge and I had to be assisted by a customer who answered my question without hesitation. They need to have better workers there that are trained to answer specific questions and who are determined to help instead of referring you to someone else. I received just as good as service that I would have if I had gone to a big box store. Not the experience I would expect out of a small town store, but I guess when your the only one around you can treat your customers how you feel like it. Even when I asked him about a new stove I installed he still couldn't provide me with an answer and once again told me I need to call an electrician. Poor customer serivice and it was impossible to find somone who would actually help you find an item. I had to locate everything on my own and I felt very discouraged with the way I was talked to. I will shop at home depot or Lowe's now, no matter the distance it takes to travel. I would rather travel an hour to get a fuse or even a light bulb before I travel the 5 minutes to go back there and get treated the way...

Customer service here is great. The atmosphere is relaxed and upbeat. I have consistently had good experiences with a variety of staff members. They have all been knowledgeable and friendly. Actually, I’d say it’s one of the friendliest places in the area. Their selection is also surprisingly extensive for their size. They always seem to have what you need. I guess they know what people tend to be looking for. Their prices are also good, especially considering their rural location. For example, I found better prices here on ball jars than I found at Walmart, which was a real surprise. They just seem like a fair and solid company. We’re lucky to have them...

Hands down, amazing! I ran in five minutes before close, and needed paint mixed. We’ve been trying to finish up a long overdue project and were in the home stretch and we ran out of paint. I ran in to WW like a crazy person right when they were closing up. The paint store was already closed, lights off, system powered down, out of luck. When I told them what happened, the guy looked at me and said, let’s go. It didn’t take long, and he didn’t have to do it. But he did. And I am so appreciative. That is the epitome of small town service, and being a good neighbor. Most wouldn’t have done that, but he did and...
