This is based upon a personal experience. Keep in mind everyone's' experience is different. Although the rent seems decent, your real bill comes in utilities. The townhouses are EXTREMELY old, they don't hold heat or air conditioning well at all. I hope they fix this issue and put a unit that controls both upstairs and downstairs. In addition to this, there is constantly trash flying around.... You'd think you would want to keep your environment clean, but that is certainly not a priority here. The management acts like they care, but it's just an act as stated. We had sewer issues which took almost a month to take care of. We walked outside to literal feces and toilet paper flooding the front yard. It smelled disgusting and no matter how many times we complained, they could never give us a straight answer on when it would be handled until I decided to contact the health department. They did not disclose that our townhouse building was flooded a few years back, which is why it was vacant, and by law complexes are actually supposed to disclose this to due mold issues and other health hazards. When we first moved in, we had to be the ones to clean up after the contractors/ or whoever was fixing the place up, including trash, extra tiles, and chips the walls. We have had to to had two toilets fixed, our back door fixed, the front door fixed, the air conditioning unit fixed.... Needless to say we are leaving. They allow people with no parking passes to park in the designated areas leaving those of us that live here to park on the street. This place is just disgusting, and needs to seriously be taken better care of. Make stricter rules and then maybe you'll get tenants that you're aiming for. I'm tired of smelling weed and hearing people outside partying. It isn't a college dorm. I'm embarrassed to have family and friends over. We will be putting our 30 day notice in within the next few weeks and moving to a beautiful apartment complex with a clean pool, friendly neighbors, and a staff that actually cares. Good luck to those who decide to...
Read moreUnsafe environment! , there was a shooting outside our apartments yesterday a couple doors down, my family is terrified and feel very uncomfortable living here. To add onto that there has been a couple of non residents which is fine but some of them looks suspicious and parking spots are getting taking, it just doesn’t seem like the right place to be for a family with kids at the moment. Just beware and a heads up for future residents with small children.. apartment has its up n downs , you get what you paid for basically; with my apartment having issues from the jump , have to be on top of maintenance to get stuff fix or else it either wont be brought up once you said something about it or done in a timely manner.. Had seen water bugs in my apartment but only once and outside reeks of marijuana almost every other day but it’s 2023 so I can expect that but just have some decency atleast for the ones who can’t be near that stuff. The people up front are nice as far as I know but who knows people can put up an act. Overall this place needs improvement in multiple areas
UPDATE: I will not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, RUN!!! . Nothing got better…….still were shootings, to add something new is the vents here sucks so if your neighbors smoke you will definitely smell it all day in your apartment ,they barely if not at all answer their office phone so better luck if any to just go up there, the stairs as well as the floor is unstable and creeks and we are a small family. how we pay for pest control and have pest ? Never had this pest infestation issue until the past couple months and every time I bring it up nothing gets done about it. This place is sketchy and only care about their pockets , beware future resident's these low star reviews is telling you THE TRUTH , don’t be fool by there promises and fake 5 star reviews…. The value of these apartments should be lower than what we are paying smh and the value was never the issue until I notice how this...
Read moreThis establishment is truly the worst place I’ve ever rented from. First, we have had issues with the air conditioning since we moved in 4 months ago and after multiple maintenance requests submitted we were told it works just fine when in fact the temperature inside the apartment is registering 87-92 degrees at all time. They finally decided to contact a local heating and air company and they advised replacing the unit. It’s been almost a week later and we still are waiting an approval from the office to get a new unit. I went to the office to ask on an update in which we were told they would not move us to a new unit temporarily and that air conditioning is a luxury not a necessity. Meanwhile, I have an animal and a roommate who has serious health issues suffering from the heat. Not a sincere apology for the inconvenience or anything. These people are completely heartless! Second, the maintenance crew leaves new air conditioning filters and when asking a simple question about where the extra air return is because I did not know they began to have an attitude. You would think since everyone had to pay $55 additional a month on top of rent just for maintenance they could at least answer a question without an attitude. Lastly, the pool didn’t even open until June 26th and then by June 28th it was already closed until further notice. If things like a pool or air conditioning and heating system are offered as an amenity they should at...
