I try my absolute best to leave the best review I can on any and every rating. Sometimes it's tough. Wilsonville USPS has some hours they're open on some days, and they're very good about posting a flier of when they'll be open on the window at some point before then. Federal employees enjoy lots of job security, and that's great for them, and they don't have to worry about public opinion or kind and helpful service.

The folks in the community who use this post office are great, and will return your Christmas gift orders when a USPS team member accidentally gives $300 in family Xmas shit to someone else, cause last names are hard.

Most of the team at Wilsonville USPS is extremely concerned with adhering to policies concerning ahipping safety, even if you reassure them dozens of times that there are no hazmat dangers in your order. They are also very awesome at ensuring you don't use boxes from the liquor store to ship things, because we all know at least one child who is now a raging alcoholic cause they saw a box that said "Irish Cremé" on the neighbor's doorstep. 💚

All in all, I highly recommend using Wilsonville USPS for commercial and individual shipping, especially if you enjoy playing Russian Roulette with store hours, like your wife getting talked a little nasty to every now and then, and have no concern about shipping speed or accurate sorting...

We've had a big issue recently with our deliveries not showing up (not just late, but not showing up at all). Two packages from Jan. 21st show delivered, but we never saw them. Zero help from the businesses we placed the orders through due to it showing delivered on their end as well. We've also had a few packages come in that were clearly cut open with scissors, I'm assuming as an attempt to see what's inside. We've also had countless neighbor's items delivered to our home instead of the appropriate addresses. All of these issues started late Nov/early Dec and have continued to be an issue all the way up to the point of me posting this review. We are now afraid to place orders for things in fear of wasting money on something we will never receive. Never had an issue with a post office this insane until we moved to Wilsonville this past year. As we are typically not one's to complain or write negative reviews, we are extremely disappointed in this town's...
