ETA -I was given a full refund one week after, even though it wasn't requested. They apologized for what happened.

Very disappointed in the quality of baked goods received for my daughter's birthday. They did not reflect what others have received (that I've seen in person).

The cookies were the only item that were acceptable quality, but weren't even in the bags I paid for--I was given the bags and told I could put them in myself.

The cake was not decorated with any icing art, just some plastic carrots filled with candy. It didn't reflect the theme, pictures, or ideas mentioned in the contract. She also spelled my daughter's name incorrectly and no offer to correct it at pick up, only to scrape it off myself.

The cake pops were dipped, but didn't have sprinkles or anything aside from a single hard candy or gummy stuck on the side.

The cupcakes were only filled about halfway, some less, and had sprinkles and the same gummies, hard candy, and even a large piece of bubblegum in the center with some sprinkles.

It was a huge waste of money for the product quality received.

I emailed them about this, not looking for a refund, but just an apology and haven't heard anything in 5 days. I know prior to receiving my items they were quick to respond within minutes.

I ended up giving the cake away and bought a new cake and cupcakes for the birthday after spending over $150 on subpar...
