Our LG washing machine was leaking from one of the inlet valves. After calling all the usual suspects in the greater Danbury area (and being told that nobody carried parts for my washer) I had resigned myself to ordering the part online and having to wait several days until it arrived. Then I scrolled down my phone one more time and saw DVS in my search. I called and left a last ditch message. A few minutes later my phone dinged with a text from Merylin who said that their phone line was not working well, but how could she help me (!!). I briefly explained my problem and texted a few pics. DVS Appliances has fixed our washing machine and dryer in the past. Matt was the technician and could not have provided better advise and service. He actually was not happy with the sound of the dryer after the drum was reinstalled so he came back with another part and made sure it was perfect. I cannot tell you how impressed I have been with them. The individual who answers the calls and schedules is by far the most polite person I have spoken to on the phone. She is the best. Matt just came by to fix the seal on the front loader but discovered it would take too much time and he did not want to be late for his next appointment. Matt and his team were super professional for my dishwasher repair. Wore booties, wore masks, were very respectful, gave me backstory on the appliance which was really helpful. That helped compare with others installs of the same unit. They were also fully willing to take a look at a separate issue which had been been bugging me for months, under the sink.
