I was absolutely thrilled to find this amazing phone repair shop in Wimberley! We live in Wimberley part-time, and last visit there, my Samsung Fold 5 broke and had to be replaced through insurance. The new phone I received was surprisingly a Fold 6 upgrade. I am older and not so techy anymore, so I was very nervous about performing the data transfer between phones. I found this store on Google, called, and asked if there was someone I could pay to do this for me, thinking it was likely a weird request. However, this is one of their services offered there anyway. I drop off both phones and pick up both a few hours later. Everything was Perfect! All ready for me and absolutely the easiest transfer and new phone setup I've ever had. Very expert assistance, friendly, fast, and a great price that I was happy to pay for the professional service....

Yesterday I went into the store to get my charging port cleaned. He stated " it needs a deep cleaning and that cost $50.00 ", which is a very inflated price (you can buy the cleaning kit online for $8 - 12.00). I've had my port cleaned before and the most I have ever been charged in $5.00. I called a few shops in San Marc and Kyle, most said it was free and one place ask for $5.00. Obviously this guy is overcharging for cleaning. Can't comment on any other servive prices , maybe...

I had my screen replaced here and it cracked within the day while in my pocket. I went back in to the store and the man looked at my phone and said "it must have been dropped." I assured him that I would have known if I dropped the phone within hours of getting a new screen, but he refused to believe me. I assume they get a lot of scammers, but I don't like being called a liar. And I especially don't like paying $120 to get a screen replaced that can't stay intact while...
