I love all the artifacts and relics in the house I know the whole history of the house I been there atleast 16 times but they do not care about anything in there just the money they lay evreything on the grown just to collect dust and evreything is so rated to them my family has donat a lot of items to them recently I heard they were doing an auction on some of the items witch is not okay there accepting donations to a mueseam for a huge profit also 90% of the time the building is cclised also to future visitors do not go on the third floor I know I’m gonna sound like a really stupid and messed up person but I actully have seen figures of children on the third floor ever cents I have been super paranoid. They are not friendly, welcoming and helpful with foreigners. I sent a request in November to ask for a picture in a old yearbook. I have never received a reply other than we are busy. I assume they are busy everyday or just close everyday. No one answer to my telephone call due to my non American phone number. I should ask a friend to phone them and I am sure someone will answer to him. This takes 2 minutes to open a book or search on a computer in the digitalized book. I proposed to pay for the research. They don't need money, OK I will keep my money and donate it to those who are happy and take time help me.

Do not inquire about the history of your home, they will not help you - even with an offer of a generous donation. Do not offer to volunteer, they will turn you away, even though they state that they never turned volunteers away. Do not visit during their Open House hours, you have to be invited.
