Awesome coffee. Very rarely do they get it done wrong, it does happen, and they make it right.
The attendants at the window are always very pleasant to acomadate me with my requests.
When the line for the window is around the corner of the building, the attendants need to get a move on so it all happens faster. Only will mean that more tips in money will transpire.
Just recently when I inquired about leaving a $100 dollar bill so all First Responders would get free coffee, for the holiday, like I have done years ago. I found that the now newer manager gives First Responders in Uniform free coffee for their community service. I salute and hats off to the manager.
P. S. And they still leave a tip for the server.
Looks like I will need to drop a bill so all first Responders would get free coffee for their great service even out of Uniform for around about the next holiday. Believe me you the servers do know who is a First Responder.
Need to keep these people alert and atenative, because in or out of Uniform, they will spring into action at a moment's notice to try to save someone's life.
At about my point in time, I need all the help I can get. I feel that it is a pleasure to support our finest of the finest in community services.
Point of interest, when the line extends around the building to the entrance, don't be afraid. Park in line and get out and into the store to get a coffee and be on your way. Look closely the entrance door is to your left. Works great for me. Yup I did, cut directly to the front of the line I did. And was on my way before the inconsiderate customer was served at the window.
Coffee Shop is a little bit hid. It's part of the Service Station. Enter via the Service Station on the right.
Mr. P says, I want my Coffee now not later....
ย ย ย Read moreEmployees are great! But the manager is extremely rude to my mother who has been a loyal customer for 2 years, buys a coffee everyday and donuts for her sons. A couple months ago my mom asked the manager politly to remake her coffee because it did not taste right (she told her numerous times hows its made) but the manager never seems to get it right. I dont know if shes insulted or what but shes been very rude every time my mom comes in now. Manager huffs and puffs, whines, talks in a rude tone, replies with "mhm", and makes my mother feel uncomfortable. A couple of weeks ago my mom asked her to stir the moca and caramel as does the rest of the employees (who dont need to be told how to make a coffee). Manager replies "I ALWAYS DO.....i always do." and stirs it in my moms face. This was my mothers favorite stop each day but now its just a miserable place to eat. She built great relationships with all the employees and still continues to go despite the manager. Im tired of hearing all the negative and rude comments coming out of the managers mouth...
ย ย ย Read moreI was on my way up to Swanzey NH last month, and I saw the unpretentious sign: Gourmet Donuts. I am so happy I stopped in. Twice! On my first visit I got a corn muffin and coffee. Both excellent! If you are a connoisseur of corn muffins, theirs is outstanding. You taste the corn, the consistency is very satisfying, and it is big enough to hold you until lunch, and not so gigantic that you feel over stuffed. On my way home I picked up corn muffins and some of their marvelous donuts. I prefer cake donuts, and theirs are wonderful. A nice "shell" on the outside, good flavor all around, and bigger than the Major Chains. Iced coffee -- delicious. I needed ice for my cooler, and they happily put one together for me. $2, which was more than the gas station, but not price gouging by any stretch. I see they have other locations, and I hope I find one closer to me. But if you are on the road through Wichendon, definitely stop in. Very nice folks working the...
