I harvested a 100 pound doe I dropped it off on 28 November, I finally got it back 20 December. I made several phone calls each one they had to go try to find my dear. They did not know if it was ready or not on the 20th that would be my third phone call. It took them a while to find where my Deer was, the lady told me that it was being processed at that very moment and i should wait till Friday to freeze it completely before I picked it up . 1 hour later they called back and said my Deer was ready. Apparently they have a one hour freeze time for deer meat. I drove down there to pick up my deer and got a small box of meat, it weighed 21 pounds!! I believe they either lost my deer or gave it to someone else, and just took meat from several other peoples harvest! I did a Google search of how much meat you should get out of 100 pound deer they say average 50% of dressed weight I should’ve received around 50 pounds of meat. I will not take my deer back down there again, and I would advise you to do the same these people rip me off and there’s nothing I can do about it.
