I don't leave reviews often. Mostly just when it's really bad or really good.

For starters: I ordered a plain cheeseburger with bacon added and a side of tater tots.

My expectations were low, as it's just a plain cheeseburger but man oh man was I wrong. This burger was delicious. I would almost say it's the best burger I've ever had. It was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The bacon was the perfect amount of crispy and it was high quality. Even the tater tots were cooked and seasoned well. Whoever is back there cooking. Anyone that's in Winchester, for your sake, please consider stopping by South Main Grocery & Grill for a hot breakfast, a hot lunch, or a GENEROUS deli sandwich for dinner. They have daily lunch specials that they post on Facebook, so give them a follow. They had pulled pork today. Tomorrow I think they're having sloppy joes and at some point they're going to have pinto beans with fried potatoes and greens.
