Never use this company. If I could give them zero stars I would. Our families small business built a food truck with Vegas custom food trucks. Every square inch of our food truck has problems with it. Every repair appointment we are told excuses for why things cannot be fixed since the beginning of our purchase. Henry and Laura are very unprofessional and we can’t even get a hold of this company anymore. (But are able to be present and active of social media on a daily basis) Since day 1 of operation in the taco truck. Generator problems as in they gave us a generator that doesn’t work (from harbor freight) and harbor freight will not take it back or exchange it because they can’t even provide receipts or proof of purchase, hood problems, outlets pipes and ceilings leak water when it rains causing our food truck to flood , propane pipes connecting to our stoves are melted, our service windows don’t even stay open and were installed wrong we have to shove napkins to keep them open😂, water tank reader doesn’t work and does not tell us accurate water levels. All of these problems are just touching the surface of problems with this food truck that they built. As a small business working with another small business all we have wanted from this company is to make this right with specifically one problem (the generator) but they don’t even have the integrity to do that with the 100 things wrong with this food truck. As a small, woman Latina/ Native American owned business at this point we feel far beyond taken advantage of we thought a small business would be helpful but Vegas Custom Food Trucks is FAR from that. They have plenty of employee turnover this makes it hard to communicate and just proves that the management at this business is far from functional. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience working with Vegas Custom Food Trucks. What started as a promising business relationship quickly turned into a frustrating and costly ordeal.

In early 2024, I dropped off a trailer equipped with $22,000 worth of equipment and paid $10,000 in cash toward a $17,200 labor quote. Unfortunately, on March 11, 2024, the trailer was stolen while in their care. Vegas Custom Food Trucks refused to accept responsibility or offer any refund, leaving me with a major financial loss.

I purchased a second food truck and dropped it off on December 15, 2024, expecting it to be completed in 3 weeks as promised. Instead, it took over 6 months. During this time, I was paying high insurance premiums and lost valuable time and revenue.

They also charged me $4,500 for hood installation, but the work was either incomplete or done improperly. I failed my Marshall fire inspection because of this, and when I contacted them, I was told they didn’t install the hood — despite having documentation of the charge. To make matters worse, they never returned my fire extinguisher, forcing me to buy a new one for $260.

When the truck was finally returned, it was in worse condition than when I delivered it. Equipment was missing, the work was incomplete.

From the beginning I was totally screwed from another company. I had explained to my family member in Buffalo New York about my screwed up trailer I had purchased from another company. He told me to go to VEGAS CUSTOMS THEY WILL HOOK IT UP. I had never heard of them and I live here in Vegas. When there met Henry he and his team walked me through and gave me a price that was awesome to work with what I wanted. The time was t a rush for but he asked that I work with his busy schedule.
