Went there on a Wednesday and bought a faucet for a little cheaper than HD and dealt with Latin folks and had a generally good experience. Went back the next day when the owner was there looking for two bath faucets of the same type but they only had one. They had other types that I didn't really want so I tried to negotiate. The owner then went into a small rage and went and got sign that he made for "people like me" (hagglers) not being welcome and told me to leave and go to HD. I would have paid the original price, but thought of working a deal since he didn't have what I wanted. He continued to get into my face. At that point I lost my cool and let him know exactly what I thought of him and his second hand business, and it was graphic. Most unprofessional encounter with a business owner I've ever had. Fantastic people and fantastic business. We are selling our home this week, and had to replace the front door for our buyers.
