This place is awesome. Debbie the owner was very knowledgeable and very professional. Very friendly, No pressure she helped me pick a pair. After 2 hours bugging her ha ha, Tons of boots and a huge vast selection of boots, it was very time consuming to pick a pair. With no pressure and she took time to get to know what I like and dislike. She is a people person for sure. I drove 2 hrs one way to look at boots had no intention on buying but I couldn’t beat the deal. Her employees: Brianna and Ashley were awesome as well both professional all these girls made me feel comforatable and had that family vibe. Best part of it all she honors and respects the US Miltary, she even let my service dog in her shop. I would highly recommend this store and I will be back soon to buy 4 more pairs. I am not sure why anyone would leave a negative review other than you can’t please everyone and when someone wants something they have no time consumption like a holster..... ever think they were back up or possibly family emergency or had to wait on something. I mean it’s not all that serious. Can’t fix stupid or rush perfection. Disregard that negative comment(s) check it out yourself If I drove 2 hrs one way that should show you. When you speak with someone on the phone when they open who agrees to sizing a brand they carry, yet what you we’re looking for is out of stock and temporarily unavailable…. and 2 hours later you arrive and meet the conceded children working there, who turn you away for a purchase they can’t facilitate, or weren’t going to immediately make.
Do not go. Customer service is an afterthought. And obviously not looking for new customers.
EDIT: I’ll address the response below. The original phone call covered the fact that the model I was looking for wasn’t available at that store, AND the fact that inventory on that brand was limited and/or unavailable. The whole reason I made the 55 minute drive was the candid conversation about questionable sizing and availability in the area. At no point did I mention or even elude to an internet putchase. Had I not mentioned all of this on the phone, I would have NEVER shown up just asking to be sized.
The misunderstanding throughout the staff regarding the stock/availability of their brands, in addition to the lack of continuity when it comes to conversation or policy regarding customer service is egregious.
Bottom line, they are simple people who do not understand the basic principles of the service industry - in addition to letting emotions drive an experience that should be dictated by knowledge...

I picked them up and started asking my bro what he thought and just then a very nice young lady came over and asked if I needed help. I know a good bit about boots so I told her what I was looking for and she literally went over a grabbed the boot I like but she knew because of that brad I’d actually wanna go down a half size. I tried them and they fit perfect nice little pop in the heal when I put them on and about 3/8 inch slip in the heal and perfect with. Also another young gal started talking to me telling me about the boot she was also very nice. So great service, good selection and stock, knowledgeable staff and the greatest half hour I’ve ever had in a western store. It usually takes me two hours to find the right boot.
