Personally, I love little shops like this because you never know what you're going to find and that is part of the fun of it! I went with my grandmother who was super excited to show me this place. Like her. I am a foodie and I enjoy shopping for things that I do not need, which is exactly what I ended up doing. The pricing is fantastic so if you're on a budget you absolutely can get a wide variety of items. They also had a pretty decent selection of fresh vegetables and I believe some fruits were there. I didn't get any deli meat but it did look like they have fantastic pricing, where I'm at the deli counters usually start off around the $8.99. $8.99 a pound mark and I want to say this one was around the 399. There's so much stuff to look at. My nanny did warn me to check dates, but my personal preference when it comes to Best buy dates are used by dates. Is that it's a suggestion. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who enjoys checking out fun little stores like this not knowing what you're going to get or what you're going to find or if you're on a budget, or if you're looking for great snack foods for lunches throughout the week for yourself or if you have kids. The parking lot was a little wonky but seem to be easy to get in and out of. For the most part. The staff there were super friendly. I would definitely check it out again. It was...

The floors look a bit dirty (could just be concrete stains), the bathroom is rather cramped and stenchly, and the deli is pretty antiquated. But if you're on a budget and need to feed the fam, you need not be so picky. The food has not once gotten us sick (we've shopped here about 50+ times), and we spend about $100 for a FULL grocery cart of products. You cannot go wrong, as they have something for everyone. Although I will say that some of the products are expired or past their "best by" date. But much of it is stuff that you won't notice a difference anyhow. We tend to call D & K the "snack place" because much of what they carry (and we buy) are snacks or snack foods. But you can make numerous reasonable meals from shopping here, and we...
