I am extremely disappointed with this company’s handling of my firearm. They have had possession of my gun for over two weeks without a single phone call, update, or message. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable—especially when the item in question is a legally registered firearm in my name.

This level of negligence creates a serious concern. As a customer, I feel as though my firearm is being held in limbo, and the absence of any accountability borders on theft. No business should take possession of a firearm and leave the owner in the dark about its status.

I expected professionalism, transparency, and respect for both the law and the customer. Instead, I have received silence. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot in good faith recommend this...

I brought an AK pattern rifle in to have the muzzle threaded. Steve was very helpful and willing to do the work. I tried alot of local gunsmiths first and none were willing to work on AK rifles. I travled over 2 hours to go to Windsor Arms. Steve gave an extremely accurate price exitmate within a few dollars of the final cost. The quality of the machine work was outstanding. I was up in the area for a shooting trip and had to make said trip still missing a few items for my rifle. After several hours jumping around shops I was told to come to Windsor. Steven was beyond helpful and took the time to scower his shop for the parts I needed. He was able to get me what I wanted and at an incredible price.
