What a great experience! From the moment we walked in the young man helping us was nothing but polite & personable - I told him what I was looking for and he walked me to exactly what I needed. Both gentleman helping us load up, took great care in getting us safely packed and making sure the truck was protected from bouncing furniture. The young man helping us was patient and conversational with my 6-year-old’s million questions & patient with letting me mull over options for a good while. The folks here are great. This store also has a lot more floor space than one would think. My wife and I were looking for a new loveseat but she wanted it to have recliners I called them first and he described what they had told me prices and construction features. My daughter went to the store with me. Well down in there basement I could see what I thought my wife wanted I asked them if they had an elevator they said no but hold on they went and brought up the loveseat with recliners in the end . Just so I could set and try it out. So I ended up buying that loveseat and I bought a sofa for our frontroom. They delivered it the same day I bought it. We were headed out of town to shop for a washer and dryer set. Decided to stop at Windsor furniture and had to look no farther. We found the best deal on exactly what we were looking for. We were not quite ready for it as we were moving our laundry room upstairs. We paid for it and they kept it for 3 months until we were ready. I called and they delivered it the same day and set it all up for us. We appreciate Windsor Furniture so much. I bought my last washer & dryer set there at least 25 years ago.
