My experience with the dealership concerning my vehicle has been nothing but a nightmare. I've had work done that cost over $1700.00 dollars and received my vehicle back and it lasted 4 days when the engine locked up. The dealership came after the vehicle free of charge to tow back to the mechanic shop that did work on it only to test everything on the vehicle to convey that they weren't liable for the issue that caused the locked engine. The customer service on this was the worst I've experienced in my lifetime as vehicle owner. They made me feel the smallest I've ever felt as a human by how they have treated this issue. And at the end of the day they still won't hold any accountability to what this issue is and how it's been nothing but horrific dealing with the service manager to the ownership.
