Horrible overall experience with this company and I will NEVER do business with them again. On the day our bill was due Aaron’s had employees sitting in my driveway every single month and if when they where not harassing me at my home they where harassing me on the phone calling 20 times a day. It was total nightmare. The interest rates where absolutely through the roof and the customer service or lack of customer service was awful! They Never ever have to worry with me ever being a customer again and that’s crazy to because my husband and I had been returning customers for years! I will go without or sit on the floor before I ever even think about going back to this place of business! I don’t know if this is how all Aaron’s conduct their business but the one in Winnsboro, La needs a serious overhaul and better employees. I could go on and on about my complaints. I ordered a dryer online and called the store Wednesday and was told their truck came in on Friday and my expected delivery was Friday. OK, fine. I call the store at 11:11 and a gentleman tells me that I'm scheduled for delivery at 2:00 pm, ok great. I waited around till 2:30 and no one showed, ok they could be running behind so I called the store to check the expected delivery. At this point, a female associate tells me that they're booked up and I won't receive my delivery today. Wait, what? Then she has a gentleman talk to me who continues to tell me that no one told me 2:00 because they don't tell delivery times and he was the only gentleman there and I didn't talk to him. He actually argued with me about this. I had to contact customer support on the official website to get any help. While talking to support the lady on the phone 3 way called, the store to get information, and the woman at the store straight up lied and said I wouldn't let her talk!
