Uh idk what everyone else issue is pretty easy go past guard shack to second drive on left go past all the way to the end you'll see 4 docks backin somewhere in front or alongside docks park check in by door 1 need sales order number or PO to checkin in, plan on being here awhile, took me 3 hrs to get a door but don't care caught up on paper work bills and some sleep has overnight parking there is a party potty for the bathroom bring food before you get here or your sol other then that this is literally the easiest place you can come to just take a minute I'll definitely be coming back

Was dispatched a day late. When I got there was told it was picked up the day before. Called my dispatcher who gave me a different pick up number and was told that picked up 4 days before. Was waiting for a resolution when the shipping clerk came out and said that the original load was still on property. I get 100 miles up the road and get a call that the paperwork is not for this trailer, load does not match paperwork or destination. Having to take it back in the morning and pick up correct trailer and corrected bills, well hoping...

If I could give less, I would. My appointment was for 1300, and I got there at 1200. Given a door at about 1430. 1630 I go to see if I can get an e.t.a on when they would be done loading me. Was told "it's a big load and I'm leaving at 1700 and I don't care." Went back to the office around 1730 to check again. Was told day shift put it off on night shift.
