God Bless the sweet, hard-working folks at the Winnsboro, Texas Tractor Supply!!! They embody the very spirit of Tractor Supply; neighbor helping neighbor, understanding that their store is sometimes the lifeblood of many farms and ranches in this rural area & friendly and kind people willing to do their level best to make sure the needs of their customers are being met. In the aftermath of the June 15, 2023 storms, with most of their own homes without power AND with no power in the store, the wonderful employees of Tractor Supply/Winnsboro STILL made sure to show up for work, knowing that many people would be in need of chainsaws, generators and other essential supplies. Business was conducted by flashlight and receipts were written out by hand, but they were there, in temperatures exceeding 100°, smiling and reminding US to stay cool and don't get overheated! These folks are what makes the United States, Texas and Wood County a great place to live!! From the bottom of my heart, and I know I speak for many...Thank you for reminding us what great customer service and selfless humanity...

After going to a previous tractor supply and being sold a very problematic zero turn lawnmower, I returned it before I could leave the parking lot. I went to this location and spoke to Brian who had a accurate answer for every question, he taught me a lot about the mower and was just a very professional and polite man. We just moved to the area from a big city and Brian was the quintessential example to southern hospitality. He has a customer for life. I also tried to tip him and he refused and said. “ this is just what we do” what a employee and a amazing example of what I was hoping east Texas...

Horrible experience. Terrible, rude manager. She was obnoxious and totally rude . Will never go in there again and we have a farm and animals. Will drive 23 miles to avoid this nasty rude arrogant woman. Even other employees said she was wrong but they have to listen to her since she is manager.
