My phone got smashed(first time ever) and I tried to get a new one. They told me to get off there plan because I live out of the area now and I'm costing them money. So that is what I did. They did NOT tell me that there would be a $500 early activation fee if I did. This has been a wonderful company to deal with up until now. I've been a customer since cell phones became a thing. I moved out of the area and they were still great. Well at lease all the employees are great. I try to call for shuttles and am forced to wait hours because my call or text never goes thru. Ill be switching to Tmobile when my contract runs out in October. The signal sucks in that area and thumb cell has crappy choice of phones and the rates are aweful if you leave there area.
