In short - This place provided some exceptional customer service and delicious pizza that saved us from a reception where we had no food options that met our diet!

Further: Service was exceptional. We attended a reception that had zero vegetarian options available. We planned ahead and brought some food because we know better (and sure enough, there was meat and bacon in the vege's!). Well, we still ended up being hungry so we searched for local restaurants and tried the pizza. We were greeted by Darrion L at the counter and asked if the crust and sauce were vegan. He was very friendly and willing to help us and was able to confirm that both the crust and the sauce are vegan. Pizza was ordered and came out in around 10-15 minutes, about what you'd expect.

Quality was great! We ordered a the flavorful vegetarian pizza with broccoli, pineapple, green pepper, banana pepper, mushroom, and NO cheese. The crust, sauce, and toppings were all very flavorful.

Value was on point too. For 5 toppings on the pizza we were really pleased with the price and flavor of the pizza.

Vegetarian/Vegan options. The place seems to offer quite a bit of vegetarian options. The crust and sauce being vegan is Great! I marked down a point in this category because there was no vegan cheese substitute or no protein alternative. From what I've read online it does sound like the franchise is starting to experiment with more vegan options in the Ann Arbor area. While I would've loved to have seen that at the Pigeon location, ultimately we were just happy to have something we could eat when we weren't sure we'd be able to find anything.

I give them a high rating because the food is excellent especially the lasagna and they're in sticks. I stopped in last Saturday to order in sticks and their homemade garlic cheese like I do two or three times a week. The two ladies working there firmly let me know I was 4 minutes early. So I walked to the gas station part and got some ice cream, I told the gas lady attendant I didn't think the two women like working today because I got reprimanded for being a couple minutes early. She just kind of looked at me funny so I went out in my car and waited 10 minutes, when I walked back in I noticed the pizza lady and the gas attendant was talking and immediately quit when I walked in. Yeah I learned a lesson that day. I picked up my Instax and the garlic cheese was on top of the box jumped in my car and went home. All my years getting in sticks I've never once seen the garlic cheese other than inside the box. Later that day I opened the box and to my surprise the breadsticks were Brown and burnt, all my years getting breadsticks they've been nothing but perfect. I opened the garlic cheese and it seemed crusty around the sides and pasty with a yellow tint. again I've never one time seen that it's always creamy and delicious. I've wanted to get bread sticks and garlic cheese all week but just can't seem to go over there. I guess I'm embarrassed. All the mail workers are excellent polite and very kind and considerate. Jessica is awesome always a big smile and a kind word. I really miss my Instax I wish that...

I ordered $45 in food last night on the website. I was given an estimated time frame of 6:15 for my delivery. At 6:45 I called the store to inquire as to what was going on. I was immediately handed over to the manager and was told the driver had a flat tire. I asked if anyone was going to call me too inform me of what was going on. The manager gave me the excuse that the driver may not have a phone signal even though he was able to call the store to let them know he has a flat tire. I then asked the manager why he didn't call me once he knew the driver had the flat tire and he blamed the driver for that. Then I inquired as to how warm my food was going to be and was told that it's in a bag so it should be fine. Well the driver didn't get here until 7:15 and my pizza and wings were cold. I didn't bother calling back because I already got the message that the manager didn't realcare.T. To say the least I was very dissatisfied with the service I received.
